Broth for Weight Loss? Think Glutamine and the Gut

Can broth help us maintain a perfect weight?   Many old diet books advise we start each meal with a cup of broth or a bowl of soup.  The commonsense idea is to fill up sooner, eat less and meet our weight loss goals.

While this news will surely drive supplement sales, Dr. Kaayla Daniel points out that glutamine is a “conditionally essential amino acid”  found abundantly in bone broth.
